Student intake
This intake is the standard starting point for families who want structured placement. We use it to evaluate what is actually happening, determine fit, and build the right next step.
Westbridge Learning Co. provides educational planning and support services. We do not guarantee academic outcomes. Educators operate as independent contractors. A portion of the Student Plan fee may be refunded if structured placement is not determined to be appropriate.
What happens next
1. Structured review
We review the student’s academic context, current concerns, and support history.
2. Fit determination
We determine whether structured placement is the right next step.
3. Matching and planning
If appropriate, we match the right educator and outline the starting plan.
4. Payment
The Student Plan is a one-time $225 structured review covering analysis, planning, and initial coordination.

How the payment step works
After you submit the intake form, you will be directed to schedule your review call so we can move forward with clarity and context.
Where this goes
Your intake submission is stored in Netlify Forms under the westbridge-intake form. From there, you can review entries in the Netlify dashboard, export them to CSV, and enable email notifications.
